I mostly write on my thoughts on media, personal blogging and occasionally might talk about discourse/politic (but I try to tone this down).
I am also fandom/otaku oldies....so I generally tend to aligned with older fandom cultures than modern one.
Also I recently want to broaden my horizon to talk about other interests, other subcultures and non-japanese media!

As an otaku, I am primarily interested in Japanese media such as anime, manga, Japanese games, and vtuber. I also have multiple fandoms and shippers! As a result, I prefer to talk a lot about my other interests.
While I don't usually publish NSFW content, don't be surprised if I do bring it up, because I'm a pervert *cough*
I also enjoy dead dove content, transgressive media, and some problematic fetish (albeit my tastes tend to be more vanilla).
I have a lot fandom/series I am into, so I don't think I will list it lol. Anyway, this is my diary & personal journal where I can write whatever I want!

It feels crazy whenever I read Reddit posts, Twitter threads, or YouTube comments from people saying they’re disappointed that Xenoblade is trying to connect everything to the other Xeno series and the mainline numbered games.
Like, I feel people have the wrong expectations about the Xenoblade series. They think it’s like most JRPGs: Final Fantasy, Fire Emblem, Dragon Quest, Tales, etc.
Where each entry is standalone and doesn’t share a universe. So they expect every new Xenoblade game to be set in a brand-new world with no connection to the previous ones.

I just finished AAI2 and already bought the Apollo Trilogy. Damn, Ace Attorney really hooked me so bad.

Damn, Gura's really graduating from Hololive... and the fact that her reason was due to disagreements with management and the company's direction just makes the whole thing feel iffy. You can even hear it in her voice—she sounds like she's holding back tears :( What the hell is going on with Cover???? I wonder if this is the end of the Hololive era, at least in the English sphere. Shame that 4chan is down, I really wanted to see the shitstorm in /vt/.

Been replaying FE PoR and I seriously can't stress enough how much I freaking love the worldbuilding—especially how they handle the war themes. The characters just act like real people and there’s so much raw emotion packed in.

It's honestly really funny when people get hysterical or super reactionary about incest in media. Like yeah, incest is creepy, but it’s not this hardcore fetish like people assume. It’s honestly tame, it’s like entry-level taboo/transgressive genre/fetish content. If you can stomach violence and horror, surely you can stomach incest even if you're not into it.

Also, I just wrote some headcanon about Sakiko (Avemuji)—feel free to read it if anyone who likes Avemuji is interested!

I also just bought Lao Gan Ma chili oil (black bean & chili crisp flavor), and people weren’t lying—it is FREAKING GOOD. I legit got addicted and even ate it straight from the jar LOL. To me, the black bean version is best used as an ingredient or condiment for stir-fry dishes, while the chili crisp one works better as a topping or dipping sauce. Definitely going to buy again, but I think I’ll stick to the chili crisp version since it’s my absolute favorite lol.

I lowkey want to re-read Citrus. I used to dislike it because it felt so melodramatic, but now I kinda want to give it another shot. There must be a reason why it was so well-loved by JP yuri fans. My memory of it is a bit hazy, though.

I just heard what happened at the UK Supreme Court... stay strong to all the trans folks out there. Truly evil stuff...

Gigi Andalucia is the most Indonesian-sounding Gundam character ever. It’s so middle-high class Jakartan core.

The target demographic of TCOAAL being women who are into true crime (said by Nemlei herself) really explains why the vibes are like that. Also, Andrew is 1000% catering to a very specific female demographic with very specific fetishes.

Okay, so I finally got Saitom-sensei’s artbook -Rakuentenshi/楽園天使-, which mostly features Rakuen Tsuihou artwork—some of which was previously posted on Twitter and some that hasn’t been released publicly. This artbook was super limited and, if I’m not mistaken, was sold at the last COMITIA. I think I ordered it in early January, so it must’ve been the Winter COMITIA.

Anyway, I was so excited to get this artbook because I’ve always wanted to have a Saitom-sensei artbook on my shelf. I’ve been a fan of his work since Rakuen Tsuihou and Xenoblade 2 (though even before XB2, I already liked his bishoujo figures and would love to own one someday).

Orz, sorry for not updating—I’ve been busy these past few weeks and had to help my family with a lot of stuff. Man, lately, my motivation for writing has just disappeared... I feel like I’m not motivated to do anything.

Also, I just finished playing Ace Attorney: Investigations! It was such a good game, however, I feel like the final case dragged on too long. I certainly didn't expect the twist that Shih-na was actually Calisto Yew, lol. Also, I totally ship Lang x Edgeworth. Tbh, I prefer their dynamic over Narumitsu.

I also replayed Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance because it’s been 10 years since I last played it. I was in the mood for a medieval JRPG with political intrigue. Reyson is used heron goods lol.

As for Avemuji, the last episode was a great closure, though I felt like episode 12 was already a solid ending. Still, I’m glad they got a sequel in production. I do wonder how the story will turn out, though, since the lead writer, Yuniko Ayana, left Bandori… I’m a little worried after reading the director’s comments. It feels like he’s just changing things on a whim. Hope he doesn’t ruin UiSaki.

Also, I’m disappointed with the Switch 2 Direct. No Monolith Soft games, and most of the new releases didn’t really interest me. I’ve always been indifferent to FromSoft games in general, but seeing the Switch 2 game prices is just ridiculous. What the hell is Nintendo thinking, pricing games at $80–90?! Nobody likes that, especially when the Switch 2 itself is already quite expensive by their standards. Also, I hate the whole Game Card situation—it combines the worst aspects of digital and physical gaming. Seriously, if this becomes normalized, I might just quit gaming or resort to pirating. Anyway, I feel like I should invest in a PC for emulation and Steam discounts…

I also hate seeing people asking for an Xenoblade 2 remake. XB2 has aged like fine wine and still looks great! Even when it reaches its 10-year anniversary, its graphics and visuals will still hold up. All it needs is a patch for a better tutorial, no need for a full-blown remake. I’d rather Monolith create a new game instead of remaking XB2. Besides, Xenoblade Chronicles X and XB1 actually need remakes since they’re stuck on inaccessible consoles, and their graphics still feel outdated (XCX especially since it was unfinished). Anyway, I hope we get XB4 in the Fall Direct or a new IP from Monolith Soft.

this game is really catered for that person who play the sims but only enjoying designing the houses & room. Truly cater to me....

On another note, I've been playing AA Investigations and I really love the gameplay omg, it feels like actual detective game

I really love the whole Logic mechanic! And not to mention, the Investigation mechanic is an amazing mechanic & I wish AA trilogy investigations were like this. But really wish we could play Trial Court as prosecutor tho....

I just recently finished the Ace Attorney Trilogy, and it's really good!
I really enjoyed it overall, and the last Trials & Tribulations case is truly kino. I really didn't expect everything to be so properly connected...

Honestly, I love Wright x Iris, ngl. It's really sad that Maya never got the chance to properly meet her mother and had to witness her being brutally murdered.

AA is weird in that I don't really ship anybody (except for Wright x Iris, because their circumstances are so tragic that I can't help but root for Iris). Even with the strong Narumitsu dynamic, I don't really ship them that much, lol.

So far, Justice for All is my favorite because most of the cases were fantastic. I was shocked to find out it's the most hated one, since I think JFA is a pretty solid game, and the cases are much better. It feels like the most grounded one.

Anyway, I can't wait to play more Ace Attorney! I just bought Investigations on discount, so I’m really excited to play it!

I marathoned MyGO & Ave Mujica last week, and safe to say, I enjoyed it! Especially Ave Mujica, it’s really so good, and it’s funny how they said, “aunt-niece incest yuri rights” LOL. Definitely didn’t expect that from a big franchise like Bandori of all things. That’s good though!
I really love UiSaki (or HatsuSaki) so much! There are a lot of things I want to comment on, but I think I’ll do a review of it later, probably... after I rewatch the series again because I think this anime deserves multiple rewatches. There’s a lot of hidden/subtle storytelling through visuals.

I’ve been playing Ace Attorney because I only played the first one back in high school, and it’s just funny, I used to hate Franziska because I thought she was annoying, but now I love her, LOL. It’s fun seeing her seethe and lost, it’s so satisfying after her smug attitude. On the other hand, replaying AA2 reminded me how sad the whole Berry Big Circus case is. It’s definitely the saddest case in the AA trilogy, in my opinion. It’s just mistake after mistake. I feel bad for Acro because, while his actions aren’t justified, I can understand why he feels that way, knowing a girl responsible for his brother’s accident just shrugged it off and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Regina is... well, she’s definitely at fault, but she’s not doing it out of malice, just obliviousness. Still, it’s sad with Acro, and especially the backstory behind the circus and how Russell died is so heartbreaking... he was such a nice man.

I saw the new Panty & Stocking characters, the newly introduced Angel brothers, and my god... everything about their design, voice, and demeanor sounds gay as fuck LMAOOOO. Cannot wait to see their henshin animation, and they’ll definitely get the incest fanart HAHAHA.

I just pre-ordered Uma Musume merch! It’s an Orfevre mochidoru plushie and a Dorija tapestry! I absolutely cannot wait for it to arrive! It sucks that I couldn’t order the Bandai Namco campaign Orfe and Dorija plushies because apparently, they were crane prizes, wtf... time to wait for Mercari.

The rumor about Persona 4 is weird to me, seeing people celebrating it like... just why? P4 just got re-releases, and the gap between P5 and P6 is so long (almost 10 years). Like, how are Atlus fans okay with it? At this rate, we’ll get a P5 remake before P6 LOL.

Man, Xenoblade X DE just got released, and it sucks that I can’t play it because I just sold my Switch last month. Oh well, I’ll definitely play it on my Switch 2 (hope the prices aren’t expensive...).

They don’t believe what they're saying; they just get off on that dopamine of getting a high number of engagements & getting paid by Muskrat. I beg people to stop RT-ing or liking blue checkmark accounts regardless of whether you agree with them or they share similar views w/ you.

Especially, it's a fucking joke when I see leftists with blue checkmark account (with hammer & sickle bio), like... why do you guys do that? What are you gaining by supporting Muskcuck financially while pretending to hate Elonshitter?

Now I just pray Bluesky doesn’t do the same shit. While it's good banyak orang yang sudah aware & respect sama rules Derivative/Transformative Works di IP mereka, tapi ada orang yang gak peduli dan mau aja jual. Ok, gue sendiri sebenernya gak peduli kalau mereka yang gak peduli ini mau jual fanmerch/doujin dari IP yang larang karena itu urusan mereka bukan urusan gue, dan kalau mereka emang tau konsekuensinya yah, monggo wae. yang kena surat cinta itu mereka bukan gue, ya kan?

Kinda late, but I wrote for fannish50 #2 on my side blog! Since it’s Women’s Day, I decided to write a post about Suigintou and why she’s the most important female character from my childhood!

Another thing—I wrote a meta analysis for Xenoblade about the male and female personas of the Trinity Processors! I’ve been meaning to write this for a while. At first, I just wanted to focus on Malos/Logos, but screw that, let’s include Pneuma too, to make my analysis more convincing.

I just bought a GQuuuuX ticket for tomorrow! I’m so excited to watch it!

Also, I finally bought a new mouse after my old one, which I’ve had since like 2020/2021, finally broke, lol. Anyway, the new one is nice! I got a Logitech M241 in rosy pink. It’s a silent wireless mouse, and surprisingly, it’s really silent when I click on it, makes no noise at all! That’s pretty neat if I want to browse quietly at night, hehehe.

The more I hear about what’s happening in my country, the more depressed I get. But holy shit, the most messed-up thing is how our government delayed (or possibly canceled) the appointment/legalization of 2024 civil servant employees. A bunch of my friends who got accepted are now stuck in limbo. Holy shit.

I took a look at Eblana (or Necrass) lines, and I’m so disgusted at how HG literally turned her into a freaking self-insert sexual character. They also did this to Ho’olheyak, even though it doesn’t fit her character at all! Man, maybe I shouldn’t expect too much from mobage writing. Every day, I find a new reason to have massive trust issues with media that caters to self-inserters.

Also, hopefully, I can finish my Xenoblade 3 review this week! I’ve been so busy, jhfjkevkw.
