Ever since Twitter introduced that you can monetize your own tweets & how you can get money by getting high engagement, every user on that site is racing to become a grifter, pretending to be a leftist/rightoid/centrist blabla & spouting the most confrontational "take" to get that sweet likes & RT.

They don’t believe what they're saying; they just get off on that dopamine of getting a high number of engagements & getting paid by Muskrat. I beg people to stop RT-ing or liking blue checkmark accounts regardless of whether you agree with them or they share similar views w/ you.

Especially, it's a fucking joke when I see leftists with blue checkmark account (with hammer & sickle bio), like... why do you guys do that? What are you gaining by supporting Muskcuck financially while pretending to hate Elonshitter?

Now I just pray Bluesky doesn’t do the same shit. Like, if they want to have a subscription service to support their site, it better be something like a DW premium account & no "you can monetize your post" bullshit, because it's so damn clear social media allowing people to monetize their posts just does more harm & I don’t need that shit.
